The-Speaker was established to meet the internal and external training needs of the housing industry throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.  Quickly experiencing  successful growth,  The-Speaker expanded into consulting, specializing in sales & operations management.  Following the trend of success, The-Speaker was approached by the mortgage industry to help fill a need, thus, The-Speaker began the service offerings of Quality Control and Compliance.

As "The-Speaker", Louis’ goal was to communicate his vision for quality in operations, management, sales, real estate sales, mortgage professionals, trade associations, and businesses. Guided by proven techniques with a focus on efficient processes, the results are impressive.  As a consultant he is able to meet individually with management professionals to determine their organizational needs.  Once the organizational needs are identified, he develops the necessary materials and strategies.  

• In 2007, The-Speaker began its new and exciting approach offering training classes to the real estate industry locally.  Course offerings range from business planning, time management to strategic planning.
• In 2008, Louis began consulting for organizations with a specific focus on driving in sales. With his remarkable attention to detail and a proven technique his results are impressive.  Most noteworthy successes include developing a new facility company  to profit in its first year of operations and growing sales by over 167% for an established company that has been in operation for over 30 years.
• In 2010, the mortgage industry called on Louis's experience.  Founded on ethics, morals and quality, The-Speakerbegan offering lending institutions its ability to audit loans for fraud and compliance related issues internally and/or externally. 
• As a leader, Louis has developed the knowledge and experience to train, develop, and motivate employees to their fullest potential. Throughout the course of his tenure, Louis has been asked to give seminars and training for various companies and trade associations.
